Our mission is to positively impact the lives of our students and community by empowering them with the martial art knowledge of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu which translates to “gentle art” can transform people’s lives by giving them the confidence to protect themselves or their loved ones in a real hand-to-hand self-defense scenario. We are dedicated to providing the highest level instruction, the most classes per week, and the most affordable pricing – with an emphasis on real life self-defense and sport competition. Through training, our students will grow and gain courage, strength, respect, discipline, and honor, while at the same time get physically fit, learn to defend themselves, and make great friends!
