Our firm was founded in 1988 by Rick Sugden, Robin McFee and Albert Roos. They were joined by Patrick Lewis in 1994 and David Crossin in 2006. The firm's lawyers have established themselves as standouts in the Vancouver legal community. Presently, we have 20 team members, including 10 lawyers. The members of our team have represented clients at all levels of court in British Columbia and at the Supreme Court of Canada. We also appear regularly before many provincial administrative tribunals, including the B.C. Securities Commission and the Law Society of B.C.
