At One Stop Family Clinic, located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Board Certified Nurse Practitioner Emily Nelson provides personalized, top-quality preventative care and treatment for patients of all ages on an as-needed basis. She offers a full scope of physicals for adults and children, including well-woman exams, camp and sports physicals, and is a certified examiner for DOT physicals.
Same-day appointments are offered for acute illness, laceration repair, and incision & drainage of skin abscesses. In addition, One Stop Clinic provides birth control, STD testing, and treatment for a wide range of skin conditions.
Committed to providing patients with the best possible care in a welcoming environment, Emily enjoys serving both children and adults. She encourages patients to become proactive in their healthcare and shows them how.
Emily graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and she graduated with Honors from Austin Peay State University with a Master’s degree in Nursing. She is Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In compliance with her licensing, Emily continues her education on a regular basis so that she can, in turn, provide her patients with the latest, most up-to-date treatment options. She serves as adjunct faculty at Vanderbilt University and precepts Nurse Practitioner students.
