We decided to name our practice Winding River because we view life as a river. A river moves forth, carving its own pathway through the world, sometimes there are opportunities, sometimes there are obstacles, sometimes you have to change direction, or sometimes things don't go according to plan.

What is a Licensed Acupuncturist?
A licensed acupuncturist is a physician specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of health issues using Chinese Medicine. They are trained in Chinese herbal medicine, acupuncture, conventional medicine, medical massage, dietary and lifestyle counseling. It typically takes four-and-a-half years to complete the master's degree required for licensure.
