Our menu is heavily influenced by cuisine from the Midwest, Mexico, Spain, Thailand, Japan, and the Caribbean to name a few. Our goal is to explore other cultures through the study of culinary traditions around the globe, find our own connections to home, and then bring those connections to the plate.
