They were very clear and helpful as soon as they answered the phone. They scheduled us the very next day. When they came, they went right to work. They explain what they will do very clearly and answer all question thoughtfully. They a have a mobile mini-van that has everything in it, including printer. You get your home inspection printed out immediately. Very competent people. They also take a credit card, which is nice because ALL our cash was wrapped up in our down payment. I would use them again for sure.

Inspector was thorough and prompt - he even took extra time to take more detailed pictures of the house for the overseas buyer. His report was easy to read and he was very helpful with other referrals. I`d definitely refer more clients to him.
