The Quarter Apartments

The Quarter Apartments consist of nine individual units, ranging from studios to 2-bedroom/2-baths, with total availability to accommodate up to 24 guests. This beautifully landscaped property sits approximately 175 yards from the beach, and directly across the street from a neighborhood park. Downtown Lauderdale by the Sea is a pleasant 5-minute walk, with numerous restaurants, bars and shops. A 5-minute stroll in the opposite direction takes you to a shopping center anchored by a Publix supermarket.

Whether traveling alone, as a couple, as a family or with a large group, The Quarter Apartments’ nine-unit combination of beautifully-appointed studio apartments, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units, and lushly-landscaped grounds, offers you the flexibility to enjoy the vacation of your dreams.

The grounds of The Quarter Apartments include individual back patios for each unit, plus a center courtyard with tables, chairs, umbrellas and BBQ grill for entertaining, relaxing and meeting other Quarter guests. Each of The Quarter Apartments’ nine separate units has its own private ground-floor entrance, and there is a laundry room with coin-operated machines on the premises.

The Quarter is a pet-friendly complex. You don’t have to leave any of your family members behind! Just make sure your pet is up to date on all vaccinations (please bring proof), and please treat your pet in advance of arrival with a flea and tick repellent so as not to bring any unwanted guests along! Also please be mindful to clean up after your pet at all times.
