Vapor Link Inc. d/b/a Vapor Haus

Vapor Haus developed its business model out of owner John (J.P.) Przybylo’s frustration with the lack of knowledge and customer service at the existing brick & mortar stores around Chicago in 2012. J.P. stumbled upon vaping when one of his international vendors introduced him to the cig-a-like e-cig in 2011. It didn’t take long for him to start down the path in search of the holy grail of vape, which we are still at as of today. That path is a tricky one. It’s a constant learning process. J.P.’s goal was to create a comfortable retail environment that people can hang out in and learn how to vape and upgrade their products and learn, not just from sales people, but also from fellow vapors. J.P.’s made Vapor Haus not only a great place to get new hardware, but he has sought out the highest quality FDA registered laboratory here in Chicagoland to manufacture all of his 100% vegetable glycerin based recipes. J.P.’s motto for Vapor Haus is, “Make sure the client’s vape is working before they walk out the door!” He makes sure that all of the employees always take as long as it needs to teach each new client everything they need to know so that they are comfortable walking out the door.
