One thing all of these features have in common, is they must be maintained, and if they are not, things can get very expensive to replace if they are far past the repair stage. That is why everyone should have a home inspection.

Home heaters and hot water heaters can look brand new but most of the time when the warranties run out so does the system, so you need to know the age of these systems in order to have a feel as how much life is left in them. yes there are systems that last a lot longer than they are supposed to but, do you want to flip a coin or have an inspector narrow it down for you.
