Osprey Charters, Inc. is located at Bay Point Marina and provides an up-close experience of Panama City's beautiful bay waters and coastal beaches. Come aboard the "Osprey II" and enjoy your own personalized tour dolphin watching, snorkeling, and sightseeing on and around Shell Island aboard a 25' Carolina skiff that can host up to 12 passengers. The skiff has been USCG licensed and inspected.
