Premier Medical Group - Primary Care

Premier Medical Group’s story began in 1995 when a handful of local physicians took it upon themselves to create an environment for patients that simply offered them more – a hub for primary care to serve as a starting point for all of their medical needs, the integration of multiple specialties for the ease of referring and access, and convenience to all the services the group would offer. The vision that began with 22 doctors, today touts 40 board certified physicians, with almost 20 mid-level providers helping to extend the care that our patients need and want.

We enter our third decade of business as the area’s largest multi-specialty group, and our workforce of 300 ranks us among Clarksville’s top 20 employers. We are proud to offer seven medical specialties, diagnostic imaging and laboratory services.

Over the years we have received the Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Ethics, annual recognition by the Medical Group Management Association since 2003 and most recently National Committee for Quality Assurance recognition as a Patient Centered Medial Home.

In 2015, PMG logged 250,000 patient visits for the year. Yes, that translates to a lot of patients, but we renew our commitment daily to treating each one with respect and compassion.
