My name is Brittany Richelle, and I am your Herbalife Health & Wellness Coach!
I quickly fell in love with the awesome energy I gained on my personal nutrition program, and my unhealthy weight started to fall of as well. I loved that the program was easy to follow no matter whether I was on my night shift stretches or enjoying my days off.
Before Herbalife, I was a night shift nurse working long shifts in an ICU setting. It was during my time as a nurse that I realized the most prevalent comorbidities my patients were suffering from all stemmed from the most under-used form of preventative health - Diet and Exercise.
Now, I am a full-time Herbalife Health Coach! I am so grateful that I get to teach people how to properly (and healthily!) eat and exercise to achieve their healthy goals!
