I have been working with a wide variety of clients doing Individual, Couple, Family, & Group Therapy for over 8 years with great success. Working with young adults & their families is my specialty but my practice is open to anyone looking to grow, heal, & change. A relaxed & comfortable setting allows my clients to explore what is going on in their lives without feeling judged. I typically use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (talk therapy) to help clients explore problems & solutions. I believe that finding the right therapist for YOU is the most important thing you can do. I go out of my way to make his clients feel accepted, comfortable, and understood. Clients often describe me as personable, easy going, and knowledgeable.
