To be able to stay in the real estate business, one must be knowledgeable in the market industry and must consider two important factors – appreciation and revenue. Value added considerations are:
• Location of the property
• Presence of public transportation routes
• Recreational facilities
• And other important structures such as schools
Without these considerations – and more - the value of the property may drop over time.
