East Cobb Foot & Ankle Care

I would like to introduce myself to you and tell you a little bit about myself and my practice. I am a podiatrist in the East Cobb area. My practice of Podiatry is East Cobb Foot & Ankle Care. I have practiced in the area for many years. I previously worked in the Douglasville and Austell communities with a group practice. I am a graduate of Emory University which originally brought me to Atlanta. I went to Chicago for my Podiatric Medical Education and completed a two year surgical residency program in Detroit, Michigan. I am Board Certified in both foot and ankle surgery.
My office is fully equipped to provide for comprehensive on site care, including digital x-ray, fluoroscopy, and diagnostic ultrasound analysis. I have staff privileges at Northside, Windy Hill and Kennestone hospitals as well as local surgery centers. The office is located on Roswell Road in front of the Avenues of East Cobb Shopping. The office has a licensed and certified surgical center located within it.
I have extensive training in all aspects of the medical and surgical treatment of foot and ankle conditions. I treat all age groups from infants to senior adults. Many of these services include treatment of bunions, hammertoes, ingrown and fungal toenails, warts, heel pain, sprains, fractures, orthotics, diabetic wound care, diabetic shoes, corn and calluses and nail care. I have achieved additional training in extracorporeal shock wave treatment for heel pain, laser treatment of fungal toenails and sclerotherapy for spider veins.
I try to provide quality and gentle care for all patients. I attempt to not only suggest an appropriate treatment plan but also to describe to the patient the cause of their condition and the rationale behind the treatment. Patients can usually be seen the next day for an appointment.
I accept most all insurances. All significant services are pre-certified to minimize the patient s surprise.
