Philip D. Phillips is Board Certified, Family Law -- Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1984. He exclusively practices Family Law and, except for limited circumstances, currently limits his practice to the preparation of Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDRO) used in dividing retirement benefits. This service is performed for a flat fee of $350 per QDRO (or other division order) and although primarily done for other attorneys, it can also be done for pro se parties under certain circumstances.
