Dr. Rafael Perez received his undergraduate degree at Harvard University and earned his medical degree at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Johns Hopkins affiliated Greater Baltimore Medical Center in Maryland. Dr. Perez is double-board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and urogynecology, having trained under two of the most influential doctors in their respective fields: Dr. James Dorsey for laparoscopic surgery and Dr. Alf Bent for urogynecology.
