With this understanding in mind, Pioneer is committed to developing each child's human potential in a way that works for them individually.

We believe young people learn best when they are actively engaged in their education, responsible and aware of their personal growth, and comfortable with themselves, their teachers, and their peers. To find balance in themselves and develop respect for their world, children must learn about themselves, their boundaries, and how they think and feel - and to explore the reasons why. A child's personal, intellectual, physical, spiritual, and social-emotional selves are all taken into consideration during their learning at Pioneer Academy.
