I just called to set an appointment and the knowledgeable person on the phone already narrowed my issue down to two possibilities, one of which would be covered by warranty. I`m already impressed!

ETA Appliance LLC is the best appliance repair company we`ve ever hired. They are unfailingly honest, conscientious, thorough, clean, and really nice to our dog. We`ve had problems with our Kenmore refrigerator. The freezer part was working but the refrigerator was warm and I had to throw the food out several times. It was getting really frustrating because I didn’t know what was going on. Anyway, the technicians who came over was an experienced, professional, and respectful, had a friendly attitude, and provided satisfactory service. He fixed my refrigerator the same day and since then the refrigerator has been working perfect.

I was impressed with ETA Appliance LLC because they answered my questions over the phone and appeared to know exactly what he was talking about.Two other places were not sure and would have to come out first and see. I would call ETA Appliance LLC again for any appliance that needs repairs.
