Suneye Koohsari, MD

Suneye is a collaborative provider who believes in fostering strong relationships with patients to reach their health goals. Through careful listening and education she guides patients to make changes that will positively impact their health in the short and long term. She stays healthy by running and maintaining a balanced diet. She enjoys travelling, has lived in many different countries, and is fluent in Farsi. While in Ontario Suneye volunteered for the Canadian Centre for Victims of Torture. After living in Canada for the past decade, she is happy to be returning to New York where she grew up. Suneye graduated from McGill University in Montreal and completed her residency at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. She is certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada.
