ABOUT DR. SHERMAN LUO: Dr. Sherman Luo holds a Ph.D. in Oriental Medicine from Shan Dong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. He received his Medical Doctorate (M.D.) in 1987.
He later came to the US and received his California Acupuncture License in 1993 and, after serving as an Expert Licensing Examiner for the California Acupuncture Board, opened a private practice in Sacramento County in 1997.
