P.A.W. Hardwood Flooring & Supplies was formed in May of 2009 to give flooring contractors the customer service that they've been requesting for so long. When we started this business we didn't realize how much, many hardwood flooring contractors were desperately in need of knowledgeable customer support, more consistent and affordable pricing, and how much contractors across the U.S. would welcome P.A.W. as their supplier for all of their hardwood flooring needs. Contractors across the country quickly began turning to P.A.W. for our expert advice, honesty, no-hassle sales staff, and fast on-time job-site delivery.
In 2011, at the request of our customers, P.A.W. expanded its already wide range of products by adding a manufacturing and repair service department. To head up this department, we welcomed aboard Rich Sweet (former repair tech Floor Style, MI) and started down the road of replacement parts, custom equipment upgrades, and manufacturing equipment in house, including full Gym Floor Rider setups.
In addition to our knowledge that comes from over 35 years combined experience, we also have very close ties with all of our product manufacturers to ensure that the answers to your questions are only a phone call away. We also understand that you cannot put a price on honesty. That is why if we don't have the answers that you are looking for and we are unable to find them, we will refer you to someone who can. At P.A.W. Hardwood, we don't measure our success in dollars. We measure it in happy customers!
