Our approach to mediation gives the parties the benefit of the doubt. In other words, we operate on the premise that, given the right circumstances, spouses can act in a responsible, adult and reasonable way. From the first consultation, to the final hearing of the divorce process, we empower both spouses with the tools they need to get through their divorce and move on with their lives. Mediation allows couples to get a divorce for less than the cost of just 1 attorney retainer fee. Our company does not charge a retainer fee and does not have a minimum hour requirement.
