Pendergrass Law Firm, PLLC was founded by James K. Pendergrass, Jr., a Board Certified Specialist in Real Property Law, Residential, Business, Commercial and Industrial Transactions. Over the past 28 years, he has closed hundreds of transactions, resolved hundreds of land title issues, repaired dozens of failed condominium regimes in North and South Carolina, and litigated business and real estate disputes in almost all of the state's 100 counties and in each of the three Federal Court Districts, including the North Carolina Business Court, the North Carolina Court of Appeals, the North Carolina Supreme Court and the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals.
