I am an experienced criminal defense attorney serving Shasta County and most of Northern California (Trinity, Modoc, Siskiyou, Lassen, & Tehama Counties). The primary focus of my practice is criminal defense, including juveniles charged with a crime. I handle all types of crimes felonies, misdemeanors, DUI s, drug charges, and related 4th Amendment issues.
A significant portion of my practice is dedicated to serving marijuana clients, medical marijuana defense and consultation, and Prop 64 relief for prior marijuana convictions. I also represent parents in CPS/Dependency cases and am very successful in getting their children back.
I am a solo practitioner and somewhat selective of the clients I take on. I keep my caseload rather light and can give each client s case the attention they deserve. I do my best to keep the costs down where possible and to get my clients the best possible outcome.
