J. Burns Construction, LLC was founded by Jonathan H. Burns in Valdosta in 2001. Since this time we have grown into a medium size firm that completes a wide array of projects with a variety of delivery systems. Custom homes and renovations remain the focus of our business as we adapt to the challenging economy. Bathroom and Kitchen renovations have always been a large part of our business and we have recently completed several pool and pool house additions. With the improvements in siding and window materials in the last several years, exterior renovations including siding and window replacements have become a larger part of our business. Outdoor living spaces, including outdoor kitchens and sitting areas, have also become more popular in the last several years. We can develop a plan for you, refine an existing plan, or work directly with your plans or designer to complete your project. Our in house design team is dedicated to thoughtful designs that are tailored to your individual needs. Whether it is a new custom home, renovation, addition to an existing home, or historical preservation, our expertise and dedication to each client sets us apart from our competitors. We also do light commercial building and remodeling. We are fully insured and have a general contractors license in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina.
