Fall Chiropractic

Fall Chiropractic is located on Michigan Avenue in Jackson, MI. Dr. Corey D. Fall, D.C. is a Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate. He understands that every patient responds differently and makes adjustments based upon individual needs and goals. He also incorporates physical and neurological examination when evaluating each patient's condition. His primary goal is identifying and correcting the cause of a problem instead of just treating the symptoms.

Our office goal is to provide safe, affordable chiropractic care to the people of Jackson, MI and surrounding areas. We aim to do so without the use of drugs or surgery in order to allow the body's own healing mechanisms to function at their highest level. Taking care of your spine is crucial for living a long and pain free life!

Dr. Fall uses various chiropractic techniques to treat patients of all ages. The most commonly used are Gonstead, Thompson and Diversified. The doctor routinely attends continuing education and is learning and implementing new technology. If interested, the Doctor can assist you in making dietary changes for the purpose of weight loss and improved health. We also carry Standard Process which is a whole food supplement aimed at improving health by replenishing nutrients lost from a poor diet. These products are used only for patients who are interested in them and are not required of all patients.
