Phillips Eye Care

Dr. Daniel Phillips received a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University and his doctorate of optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry. He has served as president of the Metropolitan Detroit Optometric Society. He currently serves on the clinical advisory board to TLC Laser Eye Center. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his children, Zoe and Blake.
Dr. Will E. Phillips received a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio State University and his doctorate of optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry. After his graduation in 1959, he started the practice in Southgate. His career has been one of service to the community and the profession of optometry. He has served as president of the local and state optometric associations, as a national chairperson for VISION USA and as an examiner for the National Board of Examiners in Optometry. The scope of the practice of optometry in Michigan is largely due to his efforts within the political system; he has been honored by the Illinois College of Optometry as one of its 125 most distinguished alumni. He and his wife, Donna, enjoy spending time with their three children and six grandchildren.
