As a client centered, solution-focused, Christian therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolveproblems while also learning to identify and eliminate negative thoughts, patterns, or behaviors. With genuine sensitivity and compassion, I help clients explore their strengths, abilities, and resources to find personalized solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues. Blending Christian, conventional, and modern approaches (such as play therapy and pet therapy), I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client and their family. I work individually with each person to help him or her build upon their strengths to identify and achieve life goals, to improve family and work relationships, and to fully recognize their purpose and position in Christ.
