I was referred to Synergy Health and Wellness of Jupiter initially for lower back spasms. As part of my therapy I was introduced to Pilates. At the end of my physical therapy treatment, I asked my therapist if he thought Pilates would be a good thing to continue. He was in definite agreement. That is when I was introduced to Bonnie. I took a series of four private lessons with her to get a better understanding of Pilates.
I have now been in group Pilates for about nine months.
Bonnie is a great instructor. She is very knowledgeable about her craft. She knows how to connect with us to get maximum results. She is a stickler for correct form. She is also aware if any of us have restrictions on certain exercises and will help us with appropriate modifications. She always mixes up our exercise routines. I feel that Pilates has helped achieve a more healthy life and I have Bonnie to thank for that. I would highly recommend her classes.
