Sabine Title Company is a Texas corporation serving the title insurance needs of Orange County, Texas, for over 50 years. Sabine Title has abstract records dating from 1852 when Orange County was created out of Jefferson County. These are the same records that are filed in the County Clerk's office in Orange County except that we arrange them in a geographical order rather than a chronological order, which enables us to concentrate on a specific chain of title more easily. We specialize in escrow closings of residential and commercial properties, with an emphasis on writing title insurance on those properties. Based on our inspection and examination of the chain of title to a property, we determine whether that chain of title is insurable.
