Neighborhood Auto Title is a Notary Public and Public Tag Agency licensed to process Office of Motor Vehicles Transactions. We can renew, issue or replace driver's licenses, state IDs, mobility impairment placards and learner's permits. In addition, we issue and renew license plates, duplicate titles, process title transfers and register vehicles. No insurance flags can also be cleared through our office. Office of Motor Vehicles computers shut down one hour prior to office closure. Notary services are available for the duration of open hours
