Wellness Renewal Consulting is based in Coon Rapids MN. As your counselor, I will use my skills and expertise – combined with personal experience to help you discover and examine the barriers you struggle with and how to overcome them.
My goal is to help you understand yourself and your behaviors, learn new skills, challenge limiting beliefs, and let go of old pain. My desire is for you to experience freedom, personal fulfillment, lasting peace, and true joy and contentment with yourself and your life.
