Toe-Tal Foot & Ankle Care: Daniel Cairns, DPM

Daniel Cairns, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist at Toe-Tal Foot & Ankle Care in Watauga, Texas. Dr. Cairns takes a conservative approach to care and strives to help patients avoid surgery as much as possible. 

Toe-Tal Foot & Ankle Care is a family-oriented podiatry practice that treats every patient as though they are a part of the family. Dr. Cairns and his wife founded the practice with the mission to help patients of all ages with foot and ankle conditions, including infants, children, teens, and adults.  

Patients can receive exceptional foot and ankle care for a wide range of issues, including common heel pain and plantar fasciitis, bunions, diabetic foot problems, neuromas, ingrown toenails, ankle sprains, and more. Parents can also seek expert advice on pediatric foot care concerns, including flat feet and sports injuries. 

Dr. Cairns attended the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Finch University of Health Sciences. He met his wife in medical school and they relocated to Miami, Florida, where he completed a three-year surgical residency program. After completing his medical training, they decided to make North Texas their home and create their first practice. 

Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Cairns has been practicing podiatric care for over 10 years. But he is dedicated to perfecting his skills in the latest foot and ankle treatment techniques and continues to further his knowledge of the field. 

Outside of podiatry care, Dr. Cairns is an active member of his community and church. He also enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their three young children.
