Martel Event is a full service event planning and design company specializing in luxury weddings and celebrations in the southeast. We work with a limited number of clients per year to offer unlimited focus, time and attention to detail for one of the most monumental days of our client's life. Owned by seasoned event planner Marilisa Martel Schachinger, brides who come to Martel Event know they will be taken care of by an expert in event logistics and design. We firmly believe logistics and design go hand-in-hand, which is why we do not offer one service over the other, so that each event runs seamlessly and is a beautiful, authentic representation of our client's love.Martel Event's design process begins with listening to our clients to best understand their story, their families and the traditions they want to incorporate. We collaborate on key words, vision boards and budget priorities through our online planning software. We create custom design boards to outline all aesthetic elements so that the curated vendor team is guided clearly and efficiently. In addition to design, we coordinate guest count with layout to provide the best a practical flow that is also aesthetically pleasing. We pride ourselves in providing timely and effective solutions to any hiccups that may occur throughout the planning too. Our role is to guide couples with gentleness and ease, never hijacking their vision because the foundation of our planning process is the couple's love story. To accommodate every unique planning need, all of our clients have access to our online planning program that keeps everyone organized, on task and most importantly feeling excited relief, knowing nothing will be overlooked or forgotten.
