Cut to the Chase

Chef C.C. (Clifford Chase), born in Goldsboro, North Carolina, one of 6 children in a military family. Most of his life he had the opportunity to travel and live in various locations in the U.S and other countries. Upon completing high school, he attended Oxfordshire College & School of Art in England in which he received his culinary training as a Chef. He served his country in the U.S Army fighting in Desert Storm in Iraq. His career continued after military life working in various upscale establishments as Executive Chef or General Manager.
