Because of I Love Kickboxing-La Jolla, I have gone from someone who hated working out, to someone who looks forward to working out! The instructors really make you feel like you are part of a family. They are constantly encouraging and helping you reach your goals! Even though this is a group exercise class I still feel like I get individual attention, and support during class. I am so happy that I joined I Love Kickboxing-La Jolla!

Fun, intense, and effective workout! The team at iLovekickboxing makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. The trainers dig deep to find your inner motivators and use those to push you to work out harder than you thought you could. The trainers are also encouraging. Facility is clean.

Let me start by saying how nervous I was to try a class like this. I almost didn't go. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked through the door. It is I am so glad I did. It is an amazing class! I love love love it! It doesn't matter what fitness level you are, the instructors are there to help you modify if needed. The therapy of kicking something isn't bad either ;)
