Well, Everything!
First, we are Northern Nevada’s only Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) focused facility. This is great news for athletes because MAT has been used and endorsed by NFL, NBA, NHL, Olympic, PGA, LPGA and X-Games athletes.
The majority of our procedures are done through your clothing with no lotions or oils.
We consistently achieve measurable improvements in pain, ROM, strength and motor control with every visit. For an athlete, improving motor control is huge because the number one cause of sports injuries is altered motor control.
We have a fitness laboratory (a gym) where we work to identify movement and exercises errors, increase your tolerance capabilities to force and make biomechanical corrections that will enhance your performance.
Our level of education: Our lead therapist is a Chiropractic Physician and has 34-years of clinical massage experience under his belt. He is a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner and has advanced training in Sports Massage. He is also a NATA Certified Athletic Trainer and a Certified Speed and Agility Coach.
