Openstart rents PCO (public carriage office) registered cars to PCO operators. We supply cars to corporate firms, couriers, mini cab companies, chauffeur hire companies, and also to individual drivers, mostly uber. A company or driver will want to hire a car to work, they call us, we supply them a car on a minimum 3 month contract at a fixed price. All drivers need a PCO badge to work as a driver. We supply all types of vehicles, from the lower range Toyota Prius, to the higher tier such as Mercedes S-Class.
