As a counselor with over ten years of experience, I have worked with a multitude of clients dealing with many different struggles.
Over half of my time as a counselor has been spent working with children and teens so that they can find success at home, school, and in life. I have help them worked through behavioral problems, anxiety issues, depression, anger, and struggles to make friends and socialize.
I also have a great deal of experience in working with both teens and adults struggling with addiction and chemical dependency to help them find the freedom they seek.
I believe much of the work on counseling is helping people change their perspective or viewpoint of themselves, their life, and others to better handle the stressors and difficulties that are present in everyone’s life. The way we see things affects our mood and attitudes which impacts our ability to function in life.
