icensed since 2005, I have a good grasp on the areas and how San Diego plays out in the neighborhood markets. I have a Bachelor of Arts major in Communication and Advertising which is perfect for my career as a Realtor because it is the essential two tools to a successful purchase or sale of any home – Communication between me and my clients and knowing how to best advertise a listing. On top of this, I speak and write fluently in both English and Tagalog, which is like the common language in the Philippines.
