Artistry Yoga by MickiD is located in the beautiful thriving South Blue Springs area.
Micki embraced "Yoga for Life" as she found herself facing advanced osteoporosis. In seven months she had started reversing this her osteo and as her husband was recovering from stage four cancer and she had to find a way to keep them both healthy. She felt lead spiritually to Yoga & Nutrition.
In her heart she fully embodies her artistic Soul & Spirit as she guides you through your "Yoga for Life" journey. Starting your yoga journey exploring your breath, body, mind and spirit. Releasing stress, tension, and anxiety; creating calmness, strength and flexibility. Sharing this gift and quality of life with others has become her passion.
