My children were ALL very active in school, sports, and socially. We always had other children at our house...a few didn't seem to leave until graduation. So I know what it's like to be overwhelmed due to lack of time. In addition, I worked full time from the time they all were in school until about 2 years ago when I decided I wanted to start my own business.
I set up the office mechanics and initiated procedures for a national rental company that had relocated a call center to the area which I lived. I actually ended up in the training department working to improve procedures for the call center agent both in sales and customer service. I was there for 7 years. For 5 years I researched the pros and cons for off-shoring and near-shoring call centers and disseminating information to call center agents to improve efficiency.
