We had purchased the orthotics from a health fair for both of us and had them delivered a few weeks later in november 2017. we then returned the orthotics after the 45 day trial period and wanted a refund. We could not find our receipts and asked the vendor to copy and send us his originals.He returned the orthotics to us without our permission to do so. so after he sent us his originals we had to ship the products back again with the signed receipts. We were sent an email on April 30, 2018 stating that he had received the products and a refund would show up on our card in 3 to 5 days. When this did not happen a week later we have tried to emAIL AND PHONE HIM BUT HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE AT ALL. we have continually tried to get in contact and are now filing this grievance *************************************************** Desired Outcome Refund We would like our full refund for both orthotics plus the additional shipping costs for the second time return of products
