Dr. Ahmad Zeeshan is a leading cardiothoracic surgeon who provides the most advanced care options for patients at the Cleveland Clinic in Weston, Florida. He and his team take care of patients from South Florida, including Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Naples and Palm Beach. Dr. Zeeshan has expertise in performing an array of procedures, including open heart surgery, minimally invasive heart valve surgery, mitral valve procedures, aortic valve surgery, heart transplant surgery, aortic surgery, and thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR).
After completing medical school, Dr. Zeeshan completed general surgery at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Maryland. Then, Dr. Zeeshan completed a fellowship in cardiothoracic surgery at Yale University. He received specialized training in aortic surgery, including endovascular techniques, at Cleveland Clinic Ohio. Dr. Zeeshan continued to further specialize in heart and lung transplant surgery at one of the world’s leading Heart and Vascular Institutes at Cleveland Clinic Ohio.
