Batey Management and Consulting was formed to assist communities in procuring bulk broadband and exclusive marketing agreements. Ryan focuses on working with Condominium, Home Owners and Master Community Associations of all sizes to procure Bulk Cable Television, Internet Service, Telephone Service, Security and Wi-Fi Agreements. These Agreements are one of the largest expense items for an association and by working with BMC the Board of Directors are fulfilling their fiduciary responsibility to their unit owners according to Florida Statutes 718 and 720, as well as simplifying the burden of securing high-tech complex solutions and often time delicate negotiations.
