ADT customer and upgraded to there pulse service. Since the first day it was rediculous. The installer was a condescending jerk. Next tech was clueless. Phone tech unhelpful. System works very little. If not for there brand and wanting sell this house I would install the system I bought at Best Buy. It's way more reliable. Has no monthly fees
