T. Nick Knowles, DO

T. Nick Knowles, DO specializes in family medicine and primary care at the E.J. Noble Professional Building in Canton, NY. Dr. Knowles completed medical training and a fellowship in Anatomy at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, as well as a residency at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center.

Dr. Knowles believes that body structure and function are dependent on one another and leading a healthy lifestyle with diet and exercise are critical to this. He understands that regular visits to see a family physician is important for early detection and disease prevention, as well as having the ability to have a bond with his patients of all ages. One of his interests is Osteopathic medicine, which is a holistic approach to health that focuses on alternative healing. Dr. Knowles believes the most important quality of a good doctor is empathy and being able to put himself in his patients' shoes and see things from their perspective.
