Parker & Parker has a long history in the Peoria area, dating back 33 years to its inception as Parker & Halliday. In 2012, partners Drew and Rob Parker established the new law firm of Parker & Parker. Since 1980, the firm has handled a wide range of cases, including high-profile murder defenses, fatal car accidents, lawsuits against railroads, and multi-million dollar divorces. Theresa Rahe Hardesty became of counsel to the firm in 2012; having handled more than 3500 adoptions, her experience in the adoption field far surpasses that of any other Central Illinois attorney. Brian Seckler joined the firm in 2013 assisting victims of domestic violence and family law.
