Hello and welcome to Inspiring Homes Staging & Redesign!!

I am Michele Carpenter, the owner of Inspiring Homes Staging and Redesign.

Inspiring Homes evolved from my love and passion for decorating. My goal is to inspire home owners and potential buyers to love the homes I stage or redesign. My background as a high school Family & Consumer Science teacher which consisted of Fashion, Nutrition and Interior Design gave me knowledge of the Principles and Elements of Design. I was also a consultant for a party planning company that featured home decor items. These experiences is what grew my passion for helping clients create a warm and inviting space to welcome family and friends HOME.

My family and I moved 5 times in the past 22 years before deciding to settle down in Brevard County, Florida in 2011. With each move, we had a home to sell so I took on the task of staging my own homes for each time. All of our homes sold quickly and usually for a higher than average sale price. Our most recent home sold in 2010 quickly, within 90 days, during a falling market and a major holiday season. Our realtors praised my beautifully decorated and appropriately staged homes and attributed the quick sales and higher sale prices to the quality of my work.

When I began looking for another career avenue, it only seemed natural to choose Home Staging and Redesign as my exciting new career path. In July 2013, I became a Home Staging Resource Certified Home Stager and Redesigner and was excited to start my new adventure in life. I am energetic, creative and enthusiastic and look forward to working with you to stage, redecorate, and Inspire you to love your home.

I will listen to your vision and do everything in my power to create it exactly as you see it. I can work to strict deadlines or take on longer term projects that involve deeper thought.
